Giving a Purple Feather (The Power of Words)

The company who put together this short is Purple Feather.  http://purplefeather.co.uk/

A purple feather is an item that means very little to the average person but means a great deal to a specific person. To give a purple feather is to give someone something that means a great deal only to them.

What a powerful message.

Thank you, Heather O, for the link.

For my definition, I found this site  http://purplefeather.com/why.html

Got sumpin’ in my eye . . .

  2. Colin Bessonette says:

This is just now making the rounds in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. At least I’m just now seeing it. I’m like Leonard. “Got sumpin’ in my eye…” I’ve looked at this half a dozen times, and each time I can feel sumpin’ wet sliding down my cheeks. What a beautiful statement this makes. I’m thinking of trying to write a Lenten devotional for my church’s annual booklet from the message in this very compelling video. Do I need permission from anyone?

  3. Scott says:

So simple yet so incredibly powerful. I’m a 49 year-old guy who tends to not show a lot of emotions (as most guys do), and this just dropped me to my knees in one fell swoop.

  11. Words have power. I was a smoker and I prayed, God help me to stop smoking. He answered my prayer, I stopped smoking every night then started again in the morning. Then god said watch your verbs so I thought about it and changed my prayer to God help me to quit smoking. I quit the next day.

simplest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I certainly get irked while people
think about worries that they plainly don’t know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top as well as defined out the whole thing without having side-effects , people could take a signal. Will likely be back to get more. Thanks
