A Groundhog Day Message

A few years ago, I did some research on Bill Murray’s “Groundhog Day”. I was sure the movie was based on a short story. It isn’t. It is an original story. How long was Phil stuck in the time vortex? There is no right answer. It may be a short time or it may be 5,000 years. Phil does something that we cannot do. Phil experiences all the variables. Phil buys insurance, saves lives, learns the piano, and discovers French poetry. We, on the other hand, only get one life. What a reminder.
